THE QUARTERBACK AND HIS TOES .....

The Balance is a key element in Football and especially at the QB position. The classic pocket presence drills are essentially focused to improve the footwork ....

But don t forget that in the throwing motion, there is a weight transfer from the back leg to the forward leg .... So, a good pocket presence development must consider this fact. THE QB SHOULD KEEP THE WEIGHT OF HIS BODY IN THE INSIDE PART OF HIS FEET .... , the best attitude to stay well balanced. TRANSFERING THE WEIGHT FROM THE LITTLE TOE TO THE BIG TOE , ON EACH STEP , CAN HELP THE QB TO STAY BOTH .... MOBILE (weight on the forward part on his feet) AND WELL BALANCED (weight always on the inside).
