Owning the supply of physical gold and silver were the basis of the States '  power on the monetary system  through centuries .... until the last decades.

Paper money has been a great opportunity to prevent the circulation of physical  Gold ....

From the Roman Empire to John Law, and even until the Bretton woods system, Gold has been the basis of the political power. So, the merchants have had a great opportunity to make the States richer , bringing back some precious metal. ....

What happen now ???

Merchants don t need more to provide some precious metal for the States, but only .... JOBS by creating big corporations.

The money supply is becoming digital, to save the Central Banks (a banknote is a debt from the Central Bank).

Why Bankers want inflation ?? It s always better when the prices decrease.... They need inflation to increase the prices of the assets.

Credit could be seen as the economic expression of trust !!! But with a too massive money supply, credit is not an answer for the future.
