WATER and the price of this vital good !!!

I have been in a restaurant this evening ..... in Aix en Provence, in the South of France  I ordered a bottle of mineral water 50 cl with my dinner , i paid 3.20 euros this bottle ....

i asked before the bill a bottle of water to bring with me in my hotel !!! The manager offered me for free a 1L bottle, and when i was thankful, he told me NO WAY, because it costs for him only ........30 cents !!!!!!!!

Insane world about the most important resource on Earth !!!!
