but not around credits and debts …. Only around the ability to create
productive exchanges and useful interactions.
- Using Fractional Reserve Banking, a Bank needs to loan, to win cash ….. and have only few assets. The deposits from the clients are the key of the success !!!! and the law invite you to have a bank account.
- Using Outsourced Resources Banking, a Bank needs a project, a mission , to create … an ad hoc currency TO FILL THE NEED OF BACKED CASH used in productive exchanges… So, a such bank wins fees on the productivity created … NO DEPENDENCY !!!
This kind of bank could not be made for hoarding and the speculation !!! only on emergency situations , poverty context or project management.
