The global industrialization has increased the monetary dependency !!!! In 2013, we are living all the problems of an unsustainable life style …, acting like the grasshopers !!!!

 In a Global World, the Future can't be based on Nations or States, but only on  common projects. Around Education, Health, Security, Services, R&D, there are “””moral”” goods in economy …..  which can be exchanged around common projects !!!!

How the concept of “outsourced resources banking” could have operated at the end of the XIXth Century ??? The key period that created the current financial disaster !!!!

BY CREATING SECONDARY CURRENCIES (instead of unlimited credits on the main currency) …… INCLUDING A CONVERSION WITH THE NATIONAL CURRENCY ….
