Another kind of Bank ....



In a bank using the system of « Fractional Reserve Banking », the deposits are a loan at the bank and loans of the bank are its assets ….. The dependency is the main word !!!! 

I am working now to create a project which is  a small bank using “Outsourced Resources Banking” , where Deposits and Shares are its assets and loans of the bank  are an ad hoc currency focused on sustainable and accurate projects …. around fields like Emergency Management, Sciences  or Intangible Heritage.
