YES, if State money become only digital ....
NO, because there are many attempts of private digital monetary system , like Bitcoin or Gemcoin ..... and private digital currencies, as financial liquidity, could give the economy the energy useful for a new momentum .....
Centuries ago, our ancestors have been able to manage their savings in different currencies .... We will do the same thing in a close future.
