Money is a mindset , and a mindset is an energy. 

Money is an energy which take root in the mindset !

Money is the question : How is my personal relationship with the world ? 

Are you in need to be , to show off, to exist , or only to get foods for your family ? 

You make money your master … because you don t enjoy abundance , caring, self compassion, be happy with yourself  and with others. The famous law of attraction is only related with your focus …. Let a mother of 3, a pro athlete a businessman or a old man in a commercial center, they will find each  what they have in mind and won t pay attention to obvious things for others. Individualism is a  social value only to make us dependent …. You provide efforts, for others , who give us money. 

And others create this money out of nothing to pay us and provide us « social services » …. And make us dépendant … And we think we deserve because we grew up and been educated in individualism … 

But money is an energy …. And an energy never start from ZERO …. Socially, money is the equivalent of the social value you can add .. !! 

You can add a social value, you will never miss money …. But there is a unbalanced situation in the FORCE  … social value became social attraction ! 

Followers on social média  became  monetary value …. Because of this individualism who make us dépendent ! We must be measured as a number of followers …and there is an economy of attention based on it. 

You produce contents , you have likes or followers and you monetize your followers ! It means what you produce is not anymore what you monetize , it s economic madness ! … and people who control the financial system could control everything but not anymore the financial system produce too much money without energy ….. 

THE FORCE IS UNBALANCED ! We can produce trillons dollars of digital signs but not trillons of dollars of energy  …. Because of individualism 

People who succeed make money their servant and produce value and they respect money as an energy !!! Many authors explained it already …. But with Globalization, adding value is becoming far and far more difficult …. The world is more and more elitist and now it s a world competition for jobs 

The most talented people in the world have failed to move up the global level , enhancing mass needs and immediate consumptions ….. there is a global failure not by the low social classes, who followed , but by the global elite ! 

Transhumanism will happen, and have to happen  but can t be the only way for the Mankind  ! And slavery by debts using digital currencies is not the best way to disrupt the individualism, that rigged the economy. 

The best humans and the younger generations must jump in Digital currencies , high technologies , performant stock markets and powerful financial ingenierring …..  

The most useful  humans are Servant Leaders ! And they need an AD HOC economic system we named the Attentional Economy …. 

Using personalized and backed cryptos to provide the financial liquidity needed to achieve local projects, once the projects worked and add value , the cryptos can be converted in Digital legal currencies …. 

We trust  in the competition between currencies, like Hayek who had not the cryptos technologies ,  and we believe that the cryptos could be like  the smallest coins in the old physical monetary system , socially useful …..

So, a digital system would be limitless for the best humans and support the lower level with social benefits …. Using cryptos in the attentional economy could support the move up between the low level and the best level

Pourquoi vivons nous un changement de paradigme social économique et financier ? (URM)

Car les gens qui créent de la valeur ajoutée, qui créent du profit sont de moins en moins nombreux et ceux qui vivent de ce profit sont de plus en plus nombreux ? Ce qui entraine la nationalisation de facto des economies , surtout pendant cette crise …..

Creer de la valeur ajoutée devient aussi de plus en plus difficile ou alors doit concerner une très grand nombre de personne (economie de l’attention). IL faut rappeler également que le Capitalisme est par nature déflationniste, puisqu’il s’agit de faire mieux, c’est a dire plus avec moins …

Creer de la valeur ajoutée implique : 

-     Des connaissances 

-     Une maitrise de l’outil monétaire 

• Une capacité a générer une emotion , ce qui est la base du lien humain de confiance

Disability and Service

 About disability,

it's interesting to consider, than , despite a passion for physical beauty, the ancient greeks were fair with disabled people who were socially included.

I was wondering why ?

and my conclusion has been : if you were able to serve the State, we could be unlucky with missing arms or legs, but the most important has been only your ability to serve the community. that was the vision in Ancient Greece

Nowadays, it s not the same thing ...... you are disabled, if you are not the good size, the good number of limbs or not too many chromosomes ....

The Western culture has put the "Holiness" in a book and the Truth in the measure .... This year showed the limits of this inefficient paradigm.

Holiness is probably more in the connections and the Truth in the quality of perception

When a disabled person is looking for a job, he is trying to sell his abilities , ..... why not trying to sell your results ? and the real value you can add

The reason is the  Western society is really based only on appearance !

During the first lockdown , last spring, my former college Professor who is now a great friend advised me to write an article for the French scholarly review L’INFORMATION GEOGRAPHIQUE  …. (the geographical information ) and I wrote about lockdown and disability and I have been published a special issue.  

Geography was my main field in college and this review is the second best in France.

My main thesis is that most humans on Earth this year have experienced a situation of reduced mobility ……so, this year should change the vision of disabled people. 

However, many people wait a miracle and go back in life like before, but before should never happen again socially and economically. 

I believe disabled people are more prepared than others to be « UBERIZED » by the mankind to come …. 

But it require acceptation of the difference, awareness and ability to network …

So, under the name « less leg, more movements » I created in my pro twitter account an economic initiative , derived from the Economy of attention

There is a quote in economics which say : « when it ’s free, it s you the product ». Now, you understand why entrance in most nigh clubs are free for girls ! ;-)

Most compagnies in the entertainment industry work on this paradigm. The value of sports leagues are connected with their followers and audience .

My vision  is différent …… i think the personal branding will be the key element of the post Covid economy. Reputation and Network will help success and even survival. I trust in this study by Harvard university which support the need of social involvement for longevity and joy. 

I named it the « attentional economy » …. Show your value, show your brand by empowering people and create value together !

If asking something to someone is an art, it’s only because people need to feel precious and useful ! People need to have a positive impact ! 

We want to use this energy in the « attentional economy »

Attention Economy for disabled people

 Many companies want to catch people ’s attention, in the digital world,  in order to make money. Disabled catch naturally people’s  attention, so how it can help them to make money ?

Ask something, it s an art ! Because it requires the ability to make people more valuable , more precious, with a bigger self esteem, helping you. It s a psychological need for most humans, we need to feel useful .

Many companies and organizations need people ’s attention, and pay digital companies for it,  as well people need to fell useful. So, there is something to catch from this need for disabled people.

If they accept to be different and the new challenge of their life, disabled people can use the paradigm in attention economy to move forward faster than others !

Donc, on va faire simple .... elles sont justes et fausses. !

En changeant le paradigme monétaire au 19eme et complétement au debut 20eme , on a changé la société !

Avant la monnaie physique était associé au mérité, gracie au trimétallisme bronze argent or, ..... vous étiez un personnage important, vous étiez payé en or , un mendiant avait une petite piece de bronze ...

C'est pour cela que j'aime collectionner les petites pieces car elles n'ont pas été thésaurisées.

En rendant la liquidité bien plus facile d'accès, les bourgeois ont pris le pouvoir sur les vrais Elites ..... ils ont profité des progrès scientifiques et de l'industrie pour construire des usines et créer des produits ....

Ainsi, ils ont offert un boulot moins dur aux paysans et ces derniers étaient vivement encouragés a dépenser leurs salaires à travers les services de l'usine . Dans les corons dans le nord au 19eme, le logement était fourni par l'usine comme la nourriture. Donc, le salaire revenait dans la poche du patron, comme pour Ford qui payait cher ses salariés pour acheter ses voitures

mais comme ill avait un salaire, l'ouvrier avait le sentiment d'exister (voir psychanalyse de l'argent)

Cependant, ca a permis a beaucoup d'accumuler du capital a investir a son tour .... le summum étant le bon credit immo sur 25 ans ....

Donc, on arrive a cette contradiction .... vous avez le sentiment d'exister par votre salaire, mais vous n'êtes que la 5eme roue du carrosse. `et c'est pour cela que les pauvres éduquent mal leurs enfants .... avec "etudes, salaires, gagnes ta vie " !!!!

et les marchands continuent a vous faire miroiter des merveilles pour consommer et combler votre vide intérieure ...`

là, ou sous l'ancien regime, un paysan avait un role ingrat mais un role et pouvait monter dans la hiérarchie sociale si il se distinguait , ce n'est plus le cas !

ET les Elites de nos jours, et bien CE SONT LES INNOVATEURS, LES CREATEURS, .......

ils n'ont pas le contrôle sur l'argent mais sur la pensée .... et ils sont rares ! comme les nobles au Moyen age

 My name is Michael J.P. LAURENT, i was born April 22 1976 in France.  I stammered as soon as 3 yo , brain surgery at 17 yo and leg amputation at 25 yo, because of cancer. My younger brother has taken his own life in 2007. We grew up in a very stressful environnement.

Physical diseases have been a shock, but I suffered far more from the lack of support from family and the French sociéty in general ….and the "religious" obsession   to define  me as "disabled" ! A disabled is an object of health, and it s really strange , because in ancient Greece, even being obsessed by the physical beauty of bodies, disabled people were involved in the society. Unlucky because of physical traumas but, socially included, if they could have a positive impact. 

The Ancient Greece had a dominant social paradigm : the STATE … if you can help the State, the State can help you. And it s the reason disabled in ancient greece could be involved. 

The current society is extremely individualistic and has only one paradigm : « the human being » AND the disabled can t fit the official standards of the paradigm. A disabled have to be a victim or a hero ! Being a skilled person with disability , it s less acceptable … Women also struggle for high social duties 

In fact, A disability can be a chance, a chance to be ourself, without the heavy social expectations …. But Courage requires support !

I have been blessed to meet very skilled people in each area I studied and each field I have been involved with …. It has been a blessing in my life ! It helped me to gain in confidence and to learn better … without feeling gullty to be different.

 What is the Union of Resilient Mankind ? It s a brand and a global initiative to enhance sustainability and mitigation in this decade of huge changes worldwide. The acronym URM is inspired from the movie Alita Battle Angel, I really loved, and produced by James Cameron

What is Resilience ? It s the ability to take a hit and recover. The current worldwide crisis is one of the biggest hit in History. We have to get  a plan to recover. 

Why have we been hitten ? A society disconnected and a misunderstanding about the key social tool : money  

The challenge of the human condition is to balance analytic cognition and emotional cognition. Our society emphazises the analytic aspect of the human condition….. but the emotional well being and intelligence is not less important. 

We have to produce, analyze,  create in a society becoming more and more complex. The people who can fit the standards are neglected like disabled … All the paradigms in the society are not connected with our emotional intelligence, including economy, money and finance. 

What is your vision ? We consider the human paradigm should not  be produce or create but TRANSFORM …. Respect the legacy inherited and add a personal value. And we have developed a monetary management system who fit with the paradigm.

Ca veut dire quoi ? ... que les gens finiront avec un boulot salarié décidé par les institutions, puisqu'on va passer a la monnaie numérique et c'est une transition énorme ...

Comprendre la monnaie dans la lutte contre les inégalités

 La monnaie, c’est de la dette ….

Chaque fois qu’il y a un credit, il y a creation monétaire !

Donc on remboursait toutes les dettes, il n’y aurait plus de monnaies en circulation ! 

Mais il y a bonne dette et mauvaise dette ! 

Quand on emprunte de l’argent pour créer un actif, c’est de la bonne dette …. Si je trouvais une formule de paharcologie tibétaine qui vienne a bout du cancer et que je signais pour 10 millions de prêts dans une banque, je dormirais paisiblement car mon actif vaudrait bien plus ….

Donc, il y a de la bonne dette !

La mauvaise dette , c’est s’endetter pour payer des dépenses …

Que fais le riche ?? 

Il s’endette pour acheter  ou créer des actifs qui lui rapporte de l’argent , et cet argent paye son credit ! 

Que fait le pauvre ? 

Il travaille a l’ecole, trouve un job , acheté une maison a credit, travaille dur et manifeste car il veut ses droits sociaux et sa retraite ! 

Tout ce qui vous rapporte de l’argent est un actif, Tout ce qui vous en coute est un passif ! 

Et comment le riche peut il s’endetter pour acheter ou créer un actif ? Il a du reseau, une education, une vision qui donne un projet ….. on lui fait confiance ! 

Alors que chez le pauvre, c’est chacun pour sa gueule ….. « trouves un job » !  « sois un homme » .!

Et le pauvre économise bien comme on lui dit, une monnaie qui perd de la valeur chaque jour, par creation monétaire par le credit !, et comme les banques doivent avoir du cash en reserve , elles donnent les credits des riches a partir des reserves des pauvres …. Par le système des reserves fractionnaires, l’argent est crée a partir de rien !  

EN FAIT, JE PENSE QUE CELA VIENT DE LA MENTALITE PAYSANNE …..

Dans l’ancien temps, le paysan tirait un revenu du travail de la terre, si il voulait avoir a manger ou quelque chose a vendre , Il fallait aller bosser la terre .

Le gars de la ville n’était pas confronté aux memes problèmes … si il voulait monter en classe sociale, il lui fallait …. Etre tres bon a quelque chose, et ne pas oublier que la monnaie a fait son apparition dans les villes. 

La valeur ajoutée que pouvait créer le citadin antique n’avait pas de limite, comme pour le paysan ! 

Donc, quand on veut résoudre les inégalités, il faudrait déjà …. EDUQUER A L ARGENT !
