The ECB Will make a 1,1 trillion QE (60 billions a month) until the end of 2016, said today Mario Draghi .....
So, the problème about liquidities in the diamond industry seems over .... for two years because like in USA, JAPAN OR ENGLAND , the QE won t be effective for employment or growth, but only for wealthy people....
