French President François Hollande just gave us the information : tha European Central Bank Will make a 500 billions euros QE.
A central bank is a recent invention .... The first one is born in England in 1694. Nowadays, almost all the central Banks in the world are private entities.
The concept of the central Bank is easy to understand : PROVIDING THE MONEY FOR THE STATE.
Like the private Banks, the central Banks create public money out of nothing , and the State loans this money .... paid by the end with our taxes.
NO MORE EMPEROR OR KING KILLED FOR A BAD MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL RESOURCES ... GOOD OR BAD???
