How the banks can be still in Balance ???

Virtually, a bank can begin to make loans without a single Euro in deposits. For example, let us imagine, as a banker,  i create 5000 euros for you .... It becomes an ASSET for my bank .... but if you make this check a deposit in my bank .... i would need to pay you this amount !!!! THE ACCOUNT IS BALANCED FOR THE BANK .....

5000 euros can be created out of nothing , but without a shadow of bankruptcy or inflation !!!!

For the private banks, the Bad loans have often been purchased by the central banks. They have increased massively the monetary base to provide .... A FINANCIAL ( virtual) CAPITAL.

Currently, the private banks have a lot of financial  liquidity, available at a low rate .... but less consumers because more and more people and companies become insolvent. With the negative interest rates for their own  deposits at the Central Banks ...., the private banks lose money, so they prefer to play on the stocks or bonds markets to increase their benefits.

The prices of the tangible assets are increasing because more money is available .... but in the real economy, it s unemployment and deflation.

Deleting cash will save the Central Banks, Digital money will save the private banks .

MONEY AS A DEBT CAN T BE A STORE OF VALUE ....

Like money as gold or silver can t be a sustainable MEDIUM OF EXCHANGE , because of the limited physical supply .... and money as a Unit of Account should be NEUTRAL, OUTSIDE SPECULATION AND ATTACKS.

The negative interest rates by some Central Banks....

The negative interest rates are financially a non sense. But, in front of the massive amount of financial assets virtually created and unbacked by a tangible economic opportunity, the negative interest rates make money lose its function as a store of value .....

FINANCIAL SAVINGS DON T MORE EXIST !!! TAXES ON DEPOSITS SHOW US WELL THIS INSANITY.

WHY THE ECONOMIC GROWTH IS "DEAD"" ??

 

This scholarly book is extremely interesting to understand our current macroeconomic issues.

The economic growth is based on an accurate time line, making a difference between the generations .... The savings and the loans from the young labor force are creating a capital for some productive projects .... and make run the Economy.

However, the current crisis is about the DEMAND. It s also a crisis about the CAPITAL. Most of the Financial assets are really  VIRTUAL, not backed by something tangible.

The transfer between the generations and the welfare state are disappearing... The Globalization for 25 years has moved us to reach the cheapest place of production in a run into mediocrity.

LA RARETE EN NUMISMATIQUE ET SES IMPLICATIONS ...

En Numismatique, le principal indicateur de rarete est l Echelle de Sheldon gradee de 1 a 8 .... R1 pour une piece assez courante , R8 pour une piece rarissime.

Pour les pieces modernes, dont le nombre de frappes est generalement connu, c est un indicateur fort utile. Cependant, concernant les pieces medievales ou antiques, on ne peut se fier qu a un nombre approximatif d exemplaires connus d une piece pour apprecier son degre de rarete. La decouverte d un tresor pouvant, du jour au lendemain , transformer une R5 en R3 ... et donc avoir une incidence sur le prix .

 

La rarete ne conditionne pas forcement le prix de vente..... Ce sont  la DEMANDE et le METAL , qui peuvent rendre une piece rare particulierement onereuse. Les 2 photos ci dessus sont des pieces rares de ma collection personnelle que j ai pu acquerir a des prix raisonnables. 

Ainsi, dans la phase de digitalisation de la monnaie que nous connaissons actuellement, nous pensons que le Numismate Professionnel doit aborder la rarete, non comme un element quantitatif trop aleatoire, mais comme un element DE PRESTIGE. 

Il convient de fournir aux collectionneurs des pieces qui cultivent leur curiosite pour l Histoire et representent aussi des placements solides.
