Births in Europe and the Real Estate 


Do you really think that Real Estate in Europe is a great investment ??? The Total fertility rate in most of the Western countries is really low.

It means, in the long term, you can consider 100 grandparents (who have houses) will have far less than 100 grandchildren. These grandchildren become adults, and want to buy their home , but what happen when you have more products available than prospective buyers ??

We think that Real Estate must be more a project than an investment !!
