The Economist and the French President


The paper is really too optimistic !!! or in a full dream

There is a "good" debt (investment) and a bad debt (consumption)... France is sinking in bad debt, using it only for its daily spendings. 

No French President will perform, without a deep concern on public spendings management in France.
