Exter is Right !!! diamonds and gems are not easily liquid ...... But Remember we see diamonds as a collateral in a new kind of monetary system : the concept of "Outsourced Resources Banking".
Physical gold is disappearing, paper money is becoming worthless .... Diamonds and gems are the single assets in the pyramid with a monetary power.
