A Diamond Bank ....

The concept of Fractional Reserve Banking can work well in a "diamond bank"..... Because deposits are HUGE, clients are SELECTED, and loans are signed for a short period with big guarantees. The leverage can be low.

A diamond bank could use both Fractional Reserve Banking and Outsourced Resources Banking, creating ad hoc liquidity based on stones in reserve.
